PRIMARY PURPOSE

Provide leadership and direction to a talented sales team and achieve the company's sales and profit objective. Continually survey the marketplace to identify and establish new relationships. Report all sales goals, sales performance, threats and opportunities within the industry. Develop strategies to support and enhance the companies post production/ duplication services. Attain ability to confidently and enthusiastically present and communicate the product line in new and creative ways. Construct and implement the strategic agenda for the sales department by thoroughly understanding the dynamic competitive environment, anticipating the changing needs of production.

REQUIREMENTS

Experience in the entertainment/video industry. Established client base and strong knowledge of post services. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in MS Office suite, demonstrated ability in leading/ managing/influencing a team of diverse professionals and transferring knowledge.
